Kendall Weber
Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations at FYKES Realty Group, I bring over 13 years of real estate experience to helping our team do their best work and our clients feel well cared for. I’m the person connecting the dots, asking the next question, and turning “there has to be an easier way” into an actual plan. I love creating clarity, solving problems, and making a busy day feel a little more manageable.
Outside of work, curiosity usually decides the itinerary. I’m often finding a new favorite walking trail or coffee spot, fitting in a strength workout, or planning my next trip. I’m just as happy rearranging a room as exploring a new city, and I can always find a reason to stay outside a little longer. There’s usually a podcast in the mix, too, giving me something new to think about or bring up over dinner. My favorite days leave room for good conversation, time with people I love, and something I haven’t tried before.
