While Halloween is one of my favorite days of fall…my ACTUAL favorite day is October 27^th! It holds a special place in my heart because that's when we're partnering with Kelly Delaney at CapStar Mortgage and American Title & Escrow for our FYKES Fall Giveaway.

This year, we're offering a fantastic prize: a $500 gift card for the airline of your choice, allowing you to travel wherever your heart desires during the holidays or in the new year. Now, you might be wondering how to enter this exciting contest on October 27. It's quite simple!

On Friday, October 27^th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., all you need to do is call us at (615) 905-1021. That single call will not only get you an entry, but also help us donate to Second Harvest Food Bank, providing 20 meals per call to those in need in Nashville. Your call does double duty, giving you a chance to win while making a difference in the community!

If you're looking to increase your odds of winning, we've got you covered. Leading up to October 27, you have a few more ways to earn entries. Leave us a Google review, and we'll add 2 more entries to your name. Alternatively, if you introduce us to someone between now and the date of the Giveaway who needs help in real estate in the coming year, you'll receive a whopping 10 additional entries into the contest.
