We have nothing bad to say about Fykes! From the very beginning, Garret did an incredible job of preparing us for each step of the process and making sure we always understood what was happening and what to expect next.

Garret and the entire team made the process feel as simple and streamlined as possible. They were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions, and we always felt like we were in good hands.

We’re so grateful for the guidance and support we received throughout the process. We felt prepared every step of the way, and we couldn’t recommend him and the team enough!

We had an amazing experience working with Garret Jones at Fykes Realty! As first-time homebuyers, we were nervous about the process, but Garret made everything so easy from start to finish. He always had our best interests in mind, took the time to answer all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured.
Thanks to his knowledge, patience, and guidance, we found our dream home that checked every box on our wish list. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor or a smoother home-buying experience.
We can’t recommend Garret Jones and Fykes Realty enough. If you’re looking to buy a home, especially as a first-time buyer, you’ll be in great hands!

Tiffany & her team did an incredible job helping my son get into his first home. We bought in with our son and everyone on the team was so patient to answer all our questions, help us get a list of improvements that needed to done before closing and delivered on every point and promise. Communication was excellent. Great attention to detail. A true professional. Only agent I’ll ever use. Highly, highly recommended.

As an out of state owner, FYKES Realty helped me prepare two homes to sell. They managed the contractors, got bids, made sure the work was completed and paid. It was such a relief to have them manage this process and they kept me informed every step of the way...which I GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Highly Recommend the Fykes Realty Team

I had an excellent experience working with the Fykes Realty Team and highly recommend their services. Their communication and support throughout the entire process were outstanding.

Garret Jones assisted me, and his patience and guidance were invaluable while touring various properties. The team was consistently available to answer questions and provided clear, helpful information from the initial search all the way through to closing.

Additionally, the service providers they recommended within their network were all reliable and reasonably priced. If you are looking for a professional, dependable, and highly supportive real estate team, they are an excellent choice.

We rented a property from Fyke’s realty when we first moved to Nashville and they were excellent landlords. When we decided to buy a house, we chose them because we trusted them and they had built rapport with us through renting. Josh and Garrett were great to work with in our house search. They listened, were flexible about timelines, and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied before closing. Garrett helped us get a great interest rate we didn’t know was available to us and that was a game changer. When we moved out of our rental, Noel and Anne were so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend renting a home/purchasing a home with Fyke’s realty. They are kind, honest, and most importantly, they all have a lot of integrity.

The entire Fykes team fully committed to helping us find an ideal home for us as we relocated from out of state. Taking us through video tours, helping us explore neighborhoods and offering fair comparisons really helped us feel great about our purchase. And during the final phase - getting us to a successful close - the team helped us understand issues from the home inspection and final closing statements. Because the team remained in constant contact with us, we never felt like we were trying to do this ourselves - it was a great team effort! Thanks so much to all!

The Fykes Realty Group worked hard to help us locate a condo that checked our boxes. Location as well as an accessible floor plan was of key importance for us. They also helped us with workarounds for travel and utilizing virtual meetings as needed. I would have no hesitation recommending the Fukes Realty Group to my friends and relatives.

The entire team was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my home selling journey. They were responsive via text, call, and email, and a whole team of people - including Katelyn, Anne, Kendall, and Heather - were able to answer my questions and get my house sale across the finish line (often doing more than they needed to, to support my buyer's team members as well!) Cannot thank you all enough!

We loved working with the Fykes! Tiffany was the perfect combo of supportive and direct. She told us exactly what we needed to do to sell our house quickly -- and 5 offers within 24 hours later, we sold our house well over listing price. We got to see every home we wanted to see in our purchase and Joshua's guidance on the possibilities for reno was essential to our process. We ended up with a really creative and just-right solution to our home buy and we couldn't be happier. Great folks every step of the way!
